Europarcs Buitenhuizen - Velsen-Zuid

Having a private outdoor space was a highlight, perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the location, surrounded by nature and close to a small zoo. It was a lovely touch. The arrival experience was a bit rocky due to dirty dishes in the dishwasher, feel unclean initially. The beds were not made upon arrival and the linens were just laid out on the beds, which wasn't ideal. The lack of basic cleaning supplies also added to the inconvenience, especially considering the cost of the stay. Rental bikes available were nice, but a bit pricy. Transport to the city can be tricky without a car, as the bus schedules are limited. On the whole, there's potential for a great experience with some attention to cleanliness.

Convenient small hotel with amicable staff despite the best efforts of staff. Lots of good food for meals. The most important - nice and perfect location on the Schiphol flight path. And not far from Amsterdam and IJmuiden, Amsterdam, and the nearest public transport.

Everything is good, the room is good with the 2 persons bedroom.

staying here was a fantastic choice as we were just a short walk from Spaarnwoude, perfect for those afternoon strolls, and close to interesting spots like the historical Oude Kerk, great to soak in the local culture effortlessly.

Great for family retreats

The grounds were beautiful, like straight out of a movie, and we had our own private courtyard! The living room was cozy, with a huge dining table where all of us gathered for meals, even during a storm! We watched Netflix during those moments, it reminded me of a real getaway!

The location worked well for day trips and the accommodations were overall in good condition despite some minor marks and stains. The site was quiet , made for a decent base close to the coast.

Some chalets showed signs of wear, with rust on radiators, damaged baseboards, and traces of previous tenants' messes like discarded beer caps. The lack of basic amenities such as hand soap and adequate cleaning supplies is disappointing, especially for the price paid.

The location was perfect, just 30 minutes to amsterdam, and the swimming pool next to the play park was a hit with the kids! The staff were super friendly.

Awesome place with free parking, Wi-Fi, and a fitness centre. The outdoor swimming pool is great, too! The staff helped me with printing during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it!

It was just a balanced option for a quick weekend visit in Velsen-Zuid with great value. The kids enjoyed the small playground right outside our chalet, convenient. Bring your own supplies because there's no store nearby.

We had a great stay! The private courtyard was perfect for relaxing, and the charming living area felt very spacious. Just a heads up, the noise from planes can be disruptive at times, but overall, I'd come back anytime!
